The decision to change the name reflects more accurately this premier active adult community's residents varied lifestyles and interests. "The name Heritage Highlands did not describe the makeup of this vibrant community, the people who live here and our location. It was the name the developer, US Home, chose," said Loretta Jankowski, the resident marketing team member who did the research on changing the name. "Now that the developer is no longer involved we wanted to create our own identity and highlight our location at Dove Mountain. When the community began, Dove Mountain was in the early planning phase, no Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain, which hosts the Accenture Match Play golf tournament, and no Gallery Golf Club. Times have changed and Dove Mountain now has its own identity." she added.

"The change includes a new and exciting website which will allow people interested in moving to southern Arizona to find out all about us and what exceptional things we have to offer our residents," added General Manager Jeff Ziegler. "Our residents, especially those who are not here part of the year will be able to access the website more easily, also," Ziegler said. All of our web addresses and email addresses changed effective 10/15/2012. Our new website will be: TheHighlandsAtDoveMountain.com.

BidURenergy Audits Bills for Industrial Client, Recovers Over $107k

Buffalo, NY (PRBuzz.com) March 12, 2013 --  Energy consulting firm BidURenergy announces significant recovery for client in the industrial sector.

Energy consulting firm, BidURenergy, Inc. (BUE), announced early this week that it has successfully recovered thousands of dollars for its client from utility billing errors. The client, a manufacturing plant in the industrial sector, came to BUE after they had restructured their company and management wanted a clean bill of health for all expenses, including energy.

BUE's bill auditors scrubbed two years worth of the plant's billing data and found consistent errors due to an omitted tax exemption. A few years prior, the plant applied for and was granted a generous state tax credit. Since the credit was computed as a percentage of the delivery costs, it was difficult for the plant's accountant to determine if the credit was being applied. The approval of the credit came at a time when the utility's tariff delivery rates decreased, which led the accountant to believe the decrease was because of the credit when in fact the decrease applied to all utility customers. Without keeping two eyes on utility tariff changes, there was no way the client would have known of the decrease. BUE's team found the troublesome errors and held the utility accountable for not considering the exemption in its bill calculations. The firm supported their client in the return of amount they were overcharged. The monetary recovery for the client totaled over $107,000.

In line with this recovery - BUE is encouraging all large facilities to contact an auditor about having their bills audited. The firm explains that the service is free to businesses, and does not cost anything if no errors are found.

Bayside Realty Consultants Offers Scholarship to Dennis-Yarmouth High School Seniors

(PRBuzz.com) March 12, 2013 -- Kim Clark, Owner of Bayside Realty Consultants has collaborated with the guidance department at Dennis-Yarmouth High School to provide one graduating senior with a $500 scholarship towards their college education.

One lucky senior will impress a panel of Bayside Realty Consultants employees with their essay about what it means to grow up on the coast of Massachusetts; the benefits of living and growing up on Cape Cod. The graduating seniors have until April 1st to submit their essays to Kim for review. A recipient of the scholarship will be decided shortly thereafter. A few days before graduation a scholarship ceremony will be held to grant the students their awarded scholarships.

Being a long-term resident of the Cape, Kim was eager to give back to the community in a different way. She strongly supports education and wants to contribute to helping one senior further their education.

The Cape offers a haven that many people come to love and appreciate; Kim is interested in hearing what the class of 2013 has to say. She wanted to invoke reflection with this essay question. Most kids have not had to think about leaving the community of the Cape until this point. College is a time of growth and life exploration when many learn to appreciate of where they came from.

"I'm very happy to be able to help a local student this year and plan to continue to do so throughout the years," Kim said. The Bayside Realty Consultant's scholarship will be included yearly in Dennis-Yarmouth High School's scholarship list.

ALBANY, NY (PRBuzz.com) March 12, 2013 --  Magnolia Solar Corporation (MGLT) ("Magnolia Solar") announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Magnolia Solar, Inc., has demonstrated a flexible CIGS solar cell with an efficiency of 13 percent, rivaling the average efficiency of current PV technologies and proving that flexible thin film solar cells are potentially a viable solution for various energy needs. The flexible CIGS solar cell, made using thin, flexible stainless steel and titanium substrates, was developed and produced by the U.S. Photovoltaic Manufacturing Consortium (PVMC) on behalf of Magnolia Solar at the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering's (CNSE) Solar Energy Development Center (SEDC) located in Halfmoon, New York.

This flexible solar cell demonstration is the result of the successful and continuing collaborative research effort between Magnolia Solar, CNSE, and PVMC, and is supported by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA). To increase the adoption of game-changing clean energy solutions, Magnolia Solar intends to continue to work with CNSE to further develop high-efficiency flexible solar cells for defense and commercial applications, making use of their significant advantages over inflexible solar cells that are made using crystalline silicon and thin film solar cells on glass.
