Marana, AZ (PRBuzz.com) March 12, 2013 -- Effective October 15, 2012, Heritage Highlands has a new identity -- The Highlands at Dove Mountain. The decision to change the name reflects more accurately this premier active adult community's residents varied lifestyles and interests. "The name Heritage Highlands did not describe the makeup of this vibrant community, the people who live here and our location. It was the name the developer, US Home, chose," said Loretta Jankowski, the resident marketing team member who did the research on changing the name. "Now that the developer is no longer involved we wanted to create our own identity and highlight our location at Dove Mountain. When the community began, Dove Mountain was in the early planning phase, no Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain, which hosts the Accenture Match Play golf tournament, and no Gallery Golf Club. Times have changed and Dove Mountain now has its own identity." she added.
"The change includes a new and exciting website which will allow people interested in moving to southern Arizona to find out all about us and what exceptional things we have to offer our residents," added General Manager Jeff Ziegler. "Our residents, especially those who are not here part of the year will be able to access the website more easily, also," Ziegler said. All of our web addresses and email addresses changed effective 10/15/2012. Our new website will be: TheHighlandsAtDoveMountain.com.
Media: For interviews with Arizona Reproductive Institute, please call the contact listed at the bottom of this press release.
About The Highlands at Dove Mountain:
The Highlands at Dove Mountain is a Tucson Golf Course located near the World Golf Championships Accenture Match Play each year. In February the world's top 64 golfers come to the area. It makes for an exciting time for our resident golf enthusiasts.

St. Paul, MN (PRBuzz) March 12, 2013 -- Twin Cities Garage, a garage information website serving the twin cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, has chosen Amarr Garage Door Company as their manufacturer of the year for 2012.
Website manager Marc Hanson said, "We chose Amarr due to their commitment to providing quality, reasonably-priced, long-lasting products for homeowners and business property owners for over the past 60 years."
"Unfortunately," Hanson continued, "The home construction industry has been going through some pretty tough years lately. Local home builders and remodelers here in the Twin Cities have had to be creative and resourceful in all aspects of their business. Having suppliers they can depend on really helps."

Jacksonville, FL (PRBuzz.com) March 12, 2013 -- Despite the fact that Real Gross Domestic Production fell by 0.1% in the fourth quarter of 2012, a surprising statistic was revealed. Consumers are continuing to focus on creating financial security and are doing so by investing in a number of financial vehicles, including life insurance. During the final quarter of last year, the life insurance industry saw an increase in the interest for life insurance, which was evidenced by the growth in life insurance quotes requested by consumers.
Historically, the typical reaction to a weakened economy during challenging financial times has been for consumers to retract shopping and cancel existing life insurance policies. This new development in consumer interest is opposite to the usual response. With the state of the economy, consumers might be looking to save money by locking in low rates now, while they can.
Timetric, an independent provider of online data, analysis and advisory services, recently performed a recent analysis that showed a larger premium volume for life insurance than that of health, automobile or other insurances between 2007 and 2011. Researchers stated that as the premium values decreased this related to the higher jobless rate during the four-year period, as employers showed to be a main source from which Americans purchase life insurance.
Advanced Technology and Better Consumer Resources May Be Fueling Demand
Another reason life insurance quotes may be on the rise is due to more Americans having the tools and resources to better understand the various types of life insurance. The Internet and other sources now have literature available on the differences between whole life, universal life, variable life and term life insurance policies. These resources have helped give consumers a better understanding of products available to them. While information is abundant, understanding the differences in plans, carriers and benefits still remains unclear. Consumers still need the guidance of a trusted partner, such as Fortegra Insurance. Their trained experts guide consumers in making the best decisions when purchasing life insurance.
Companies that offer breadth and depth with insurance coverage options, products from a variety of carriers, and competitive rates, are suited as the strongest companies to purchase from. Access to one-stop shop for purchasing insurance saves time and money. Having a trusted advisor to educate consumers on what type of coverage is best is most ideal. Fortegra.com is one such example.
For more information on being educated by a financial leader, please contact Fortegra at (800-349-8671) or visit site at www.fortegra.com.

Buffalo, NY (PRBuzz.com) March 12, 2013 -- Energy consulting firm BidURenergy announces significant recovery for client in the industrial sector.
Energy consulting firm, BidURenergy, Inc. (BUE), announced early this week that it has successfully recovered thousands of dollars for its client from utility billing errors. The client, a manufacturing plant in the industrial sector, came to BUE after they had restructured their company and management wanted a clean bill of health for all expenses, including energy.
BUE's bill auditors scrubbed two years worth of the plant's billing data and found consistent errors due to an omitted tax exemption. A few years prior, the plant applied for and was granted a generous state tax credit. Since the credit was computed as a percentage of the delivery costs, it was difficult for the plant's accountant to determine if the credit was being applied. The approval of the credit came at a time when the utility's tariff delivery rates decreased, which led the accountant to believe the decrease was because of the credit when in fact the decrease applied to all utility customers. Without keeping two eyes on utility tariff changes, there was no way the client would have known of the decrease. BUE's team found the troublesome errors and held the utility accountable for not considering the exemption in its bill calculations. The firm supported their client in the return of amount they were overcharged. The monetary recovery for the client totaled over $107,000.
In line with this recovery - BUE is encouraging all large facilities to contact an auditor about having their bills audited. The firm explains that the service is free to businesses, and does not cost anything if no errors are found.
About BidURenergy, Inc. - BUE is an electricity and natural gas consulting firm with thousands of clients across the nation, specializing in energy procurement auction administration, and utility bill auditing. The firm's energy services are available to industrial, commercial, and retail companies. More information is available at http://www.bidurenergy.com
(PRBuzz.com) March 12, 2013 -- Kim Clark, Owner of Bayside Realty Consultants has collaborated with the guidance department at Dennis-Yarmouth High School to provide one graduating senior with a $500 scholarship towards their college education.
One lucky senior will impress a panel of Bayside Realty Consultants employees with their essay about what it means to grow up on the coast of Massachusetts; the benefits of living and growing up on Cape Cod. The graduating seniors have until April 1st to submit their essays to Kim for review. A recipient of the scholarship will be decided shortly thereafter. A few days before graduation a scholarship ceremony will be held to grant the students their awarded scholarships.
Being a long-term resident of the Cape, Kim was eager to give back to the community in a different way. She strongly supports education and wants to contribute to helping one senior further their education.
The Cape offers a haven that many people come to love and appreciate; Kim is interested in hearing what the class of 2013 has to say. She wanted to invoke reflection with this essay question. Most kids have not had to think about leaving the community of the Cape until this point. College is a time of growth and life exploration when many learn to appreciate of where they came from.
"I'm very happy to be able to help a local student this year and plan to continue to do so throughout the years," Kim said. The Bayside Realty Consultant's scholarship will be included yearly in Dennis-Yarmouth High School's scholarship list.

Irvine, CA (PRBuzz.com) March 12, 2013 -- In an effort to contribute to the wellness of her community, operator Rumi Olsen has dedicated herself to a new business venture with Sprout Healthy Vending. With machines soon to be available in both schools and YMCA'S throughout the Seattle area, Olsen plans to keep her focus on the youth because of their ability to adapt to change. She believes they will respond well to healthy snacks provided in their schools.
"I would like to see more kids grow up eating healthy snacks instead of junk food, in hopes that they will form healthy habits in choosing their snacks into their adulthood. I hope that starting young people on healthy diets will help the obesity epidemic in the US decrease," voices Olsen.
After looking for a business to invest in for quite some time, she knew she found the right venture when she came across Sprout Healthy Vending. Her gluten-free and dairy-free diet, along with maintaining very healthy lifestyle routines, inspired her desire to pursue a business related to health and wellness.
"I would like to contribute to the community in a way that I believe in. I feel passionate about healthy eating and living, and I do believe in giving back to the community, especially when the target customers are children," Rumi explains.
Sprout Healthy Vending Co-Founder Christopher Wyland sees Olsen's professionalism and passion for health as a sure sign of success. "A healthy vending business requires a certain kind of person to run it; there must be dedication to business, health and community, and Rumi has all of that."
Recently, The Seattle Times reported on The Center for Science in the Public Interest's urge to the FDA to limit the amount of sugar in drinks. Arguing that the amount of caloric sweeteners in both sodas and non-carbonated beverages are not only extremely unhealthy, but also unsafe.
In alliance with the Center for Science in the Public Interest's efforts, Sprout Healthy Vending is dedicated to regulating sugar in the beverages in their machines. With the Federal guidelines limiting the sugar content of beverages sold in public schools to be made up of less then 35% sugar by volume, Sprout carefully selects beverage choices that not only comply to this law, but ban products that contain fake sugars like aspartame and high fructose corn syrup.
Rumi believes that these health regulations for both snacks and drinks in Sprout machines will be successful in the Seattle area because of the common concern for health among locals.
"In general, people here are already health conscious and like organic and natural foods. It's part of our culture," Olsen affirms.

(PRBuzz.com) March 12, 2013 -- Granger Plastics Company expansion of the ForeverSafe Products line of theft deterrent cemetery vases will continue indefinitely. ForeverSafe Products currently consists of burial urns, vase canister sets and a custom fitting replacement vase, which families are using when finding they are the victims of theft of a bronze or metal vase. The introduction of the rotational molders newest product, the ForeverSafe Occasional Vase is yet another solution for this industry.
Many people for many reasons decide not to put a permanent flower vase at a loved ones grave, and often it is a stipulation of the cemetery that they are not allowed. People are always going to come to remember, and cemeteries often supply disposable lightweight vases to put flowers in. Often the vases break before they are even used if the ground is dry or cold. The ForeverSafe Occasional Vase is a high quality, reusable, durable and beautiful staked vase that can be used in front of any memorial.
ForeverSafe vases are extremely long lasting and impervious to the weather so remembrance is possible under any condition and are available in eight different finishes including granites and metallic colors. ForeverSafe cemetery vases can blend in with surrounding materials or be used to add color for a special occasion. The occasional vase can also be used to arrange flowers for many different types of events, holidays or special anniversaries.
The ForeverSafe Occasional Vase will be launched at the ICCFA Conference in Tampa, FL April 10-13. This will be Granger's first time exhibiting at the ICCFA show, though the plastics company is already working with a number of its members. Cemeteries from across the country are finding ForeverSafe Products to be a solution to ongoing theft that does not seem to be slowing down. Many are recommending ForeverSafe Products for pre-planning needs to help prevent a loved one from having to deal with theft down the line. Granger Plastics Company expects to see more interest in theft deterrent cemetery products in the future.
Granger Industries utilizes plastic to make superior products for many industries and specializes in finding solutions to difficult problems with excellent design. A world renown rotational molding leader and in business for almost twenty years, Granger Industries has never seen a greater interest in theft deterrent products. Magnolia Solar, in collaboration with the SUNY NanoCollege and U.S. Photovoltaic Manufacturing Consortium, demonstrates high-performance flexible CIGS solar cell
ALBANY, NY (PRBuzz.com) March 12, 2013 -- Magnolia Solar Corporation (MGLT) ("Magnolia Solar") announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Magnolia Solar, Inc., has demonstrated a flexible CIGS solar cell with an efficiency of 13 percent, rivaling the average efficiency of current PV technologies and proving that flexible thin film solar cells are potentially a viable solution for various energy needs. The flexible CIGS solar cell, made using thin, flexible stainless steel and titanium substrates, was developed and produced by the U.S. Photovoltaic Manufacturing Consortium (PVMC) on behalf of Magnolia Solar at the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering's (CNSE) Solar Energy Development Center (SEDC) located in Halfmoon, New York.
This flexible solar cell demonstration is the result of the successful and continuing collaborative research effort between Magnolia Solar, CNSE, and PVMC, and is supported by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA). To increase the adoption of game-changing clean energy solutions, Magnolia Solar intends to continue to work with CNSE to further develop high-efficiency flexible solar cells for defense and commercial applications, making use of their significant advantages over inflexible solar cells that are made using crystalline silicon and thin film solar cells on glass.
Dr. Ashok K. Sood, President and CEO of Magnolia Solar Corporation, said, "We are working with the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering through our research and development center located at CNSE's Albany NanoTech Complex to further improve the PV production process and demonstrate AR coating technology on high-efficiency solar cells. We are also grateful for NYSERDA's support and for our collaboration with CNSE and the U.S. Photovoltaic Manufacturing Consortium, part of the Department of Energy's SunShot Photovoltaic Manufacturing Initiative (PVMI)."
CNSE Professor and Vice President for Clean Energy Programs Dr. Pradeep Haldar said, "As further testament to Governor Andrew Cuomo's vision and leadership in catalyzing New York's innovation-driven economy, the results of CNSE's collaboration with Magnolia Solar demonstrate a unique ability to tap the vast potential of solar energy. Through its leadership in PVMC, CNSE is delighted to work with companies like Magnolia Solar to lower the costs of solar energy production, making this clean energy resource even more competitive by taking advantage of New York's world-class research and development ecosystem."
Magnolia Solar has filed multiple patents to protect its intellectual property, and the company continues to add to its patent portfolio. Magnolia is also making progress with further improvements to the CIGS solar cells and nanostructured AR coating technology for solar cell applications. This nanostructured antireflection coating uses oblique angle nanostructure growth, thereby enhancing energy absorption and minimizing reflection loss.
About Magnolia Solar Corporation
Based in Woburn, MA, and Albany, NY, Magnolia Solar was founded in 2008 to develop and commercialize revolutionary new thin film solar cell technologies that employ nanostructured materials and designs. Both higher current and voltage outputs are expected from thin film solar cells that combine Magnolia's exclusive material structures with advanced optical coatings. Magnolia's patent-pending technology has the ability to capture a larger part of the solar spectrum to produce high-efficiency solar cells, and it incorporates a unique nanostructure-based antireflection coating technology to further increase the solar cell's efficiency, thereby reducing the cost per watt. Magnolia Solar technology targets electrical power generation applications, such as power for electrical grids, and distributes power applications ranging from commercial and residential lighting to specialized military applications.
