The development of the water and wastewater management market is supported by rise in population and urbanization in India. Rapid industrialization is also expected to stimulate market growth. Chronic ground water contamination will enhance the requirement of water and wastewater management services. Fluctuations in ground water level will drive the demand for water and waste water management services. Operational advantages in India will also aid the sustainable development of the water and waste water management market.

However, the industry has also some pain points. Poor infrastructure deters the development of the market. Water pricing mechanism prevalent in the market presents significant hindrance to the growth of the industry, unaccounted-for adversely affects market growth.

Different government bodies have undertaken several initiatives to ensure efficient governance of water. Government has also encouraged private participation through various incentives and exemptions. Growing government emphasis on water supply and sanitation will boost the development of the water and waste water management market.

The Indian water and waste water management market is a robust market at present and has strong growth potential in the future years.

Seegrid Announced Report Revealing Hot Trends in Distribution Centers for 2014

$

(PRBuzz.com) August 16, 2013 -- Recently Seegrid made available the new whitepaper entitled, "Automated Guided Vehicles: the New Hot Trend in Distribution Centers." The paper described how flexible AGVs (automated guided vehicles) increase efficiency and reduce costs by helping automate a warehouse as well as a production line. Automation is often referenced only on the manufacturing plant floor. Increasingly, automation occupies large 200,000+ square foot distribution centers throughout North America and Europe. The challenges for these large, often three-shift, high volume, rapid-turnaround operations are developing an effective turnkey solution with superior design, increased production, and reduced costs.

Since a large retailer might sell tens of thousands of products from thousands of vendors, it would be highly inefficient to ship each product directly from each vendor to each store. Many retailers own and run their own distribution networks, while smaller retailers may outsource this function to dedicated logistics firms that coordinate the distribution of products for a number of companies. A distribution center can be co-located at a logistics center.

The whitepaper extensively discussed labor costs, aging workforce, and safety at the manufacturing workplace. Whether on the plant floor or distribution picking and packing areas, a high percentage of the manufacturing, logistics, and distribution executives, express concerns about the trend of increasing labor costs.

Many distribution centers have an aging labor demographic and that brings up issues of safety, productivity, and quality control. The trend is for companies to operate fewer, larger distribution centers to maintain customer service levels with fewer facilities, resulting in a reduction in total network inventory levels. These larger distribution centers create different operational challenges.

In most cases, distribution center jobs are more costly than automation. A distribution center typically has a general manager who manages the facility along with a number of department managers who are direct reports. Many distribution centers, in excess of 100,000 square feet, divide staff into two categories, direct labor and indirect labor. Direct labor staff executes the distribution processes, while indirect labor staff supports the direct labor staff. Each department is composed of supervisors and warehouse workers.

(PRBuzz.com) August 16, 2013 -- Outskirts Press announces the latest highly anticipated bird pets book from Wheeling, IL, author Charles P. Mason.

Denver, CO, and Wheeling, IL - Outskirts Press, Inc. has published Hey Mister Birdman: A Bus Driver's Bird Adventure by Charles P. Mason. The author's most recent book to date is a 5 x 8 paperback in the bird pets category and is available worldwide on book retailer websites such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble. The webpage at www.outskirtspress.com/heymisterbirdman was launched simultaneously with the book's publication.

Through his love of nature, Chuck observed and saw the beauty of nature and the animals all around us as he drove his bus each day early in the mornings or at sunset. These are the times, he thought, that the woods and the earth comes alive. This suggested to him that God, was really an early riser.

Bill, a cockatiel, was the first bird that Chuck ever had and it came to him in an unusual way which started him on his many adventures. He observed that birds create close family ties and that they can show many emotions on their faces (anger or happiness) even though they have no lips, only hard beaks. Most of us never see birds up close because they are usually in flight or far away. Gonzo is on the cover and is his second bird. He was an abused bird that became a great friend after some exciting go rounds and a lot of help from his wife and daughter.

Chuck found the key of what it takes to love a pet or for them to love us. Readers will be touched by the emotional experiences of these stories as well as some of the author's inspiring thoughts of what part fate plays in our lives.

94 pages in length, Hey Mister Birdman: A Bus Driver's Bird Adventure is being aggressively promoted to appropriate markets with a focus on the bird pets category. With U.S. wholesale distribution through Ingram and Baker & Taylor, and pervasive online availability through Amazon, Barnes & Noble and elsewhere, Hey Mister Birdman meets consumer demand through both retail and library markets with a suggested retail price of $9.95.
