    (PRBuzz.com) June 13, 2013 -- Air Cargo Container manufacturing leader, Granger Aerospace has recently released its video of the Granger Aerospace Products LD 3 AKN, the forkliftable version of the LD 3 AKE Air Cargo Container successfully completing the FAA's ultimate load testing. The "Ultimate Load Test" as required for TSO certification requires that that the maximum ultimate loads be applied to each side of the container for a minimum duration of 3 seconds, in accordance with Title 14 CFR Part 25 § 25.305. The ultimate load test weights necessary for conformance and certification have to be applied to the LD 3 AKE air cargo containers range from nearly 5,300 pounds up to nearly 18,000 pounds. The Granger LD 3 AKE Aerospace container successfully completed the test, utilizing the same container for all of the 5 load tests.     GARDEN CITY, NY (June 13, 2013) -- Sabre Real Estate Group LLC, the metropolitan region's newest retail brokerage, has arranged two leases in New Jersey on behalf of Blink Fitness, the affordable national gym chain.

    In Jersey City, Blink Fitness, whose prototype unit was designed by architect and scenic designer David Rockwell, leased 17,771 square feet on the ground floor and second floor of 35 Journal Sq., Jersey City. Journal Square Properties, an affiliate of New York City-based Sackman Enterprises, owns the 12-story, landmark former Trust Building. The new gym is expected to open by yearend.

    "This is a terrific location for Blink in the heart of Jersey City's central business district, because of the new residential and commercial developments that are nearby. Blink will be an amenity for this building as well as the neighborhood," said Scott Sher, senior vice president of Sabre, who worked on the deals with Sabre vice president Russel Helbling. Sabre is Blink's exclusive real estate broker for New Jersey and Long Island, NY.

    In Parsippany, Blink Fitness leased 18,258 square feet at the 159,000-square-foot Morris Hills Shopping Center, 3035-3189 Route 46, at the intersection of I-80 and I-287. Brixmor owns the shopping center. The gym is expected to open by yearend. "This is a prime opportunity that meets Blink's site requirements with its close proximity to Blink's core customer and more than 9.5 million square feet of offices," said Helbling.

    Blink Fitness, based in New York City, currently has one New Jersey location, in Paramus' Bergen Town Center.
