Eclipse Awning Announces Weather Channel Companies' Summer Forecast

MIDDLETOWN, N.Y., Jun. 7, 2013--Eclipse awning, an industry-leader in the U.S. for awnings for homes, is happy to announce that the Weather Channel Companies has forecasted above average temperatures in the northeast for the months of June, July, and August. The upcoming season follows the three hottest consecutive years (2010-2) in the U.S. since at least 1895.

"The heat [in summers 2010-2] was due, in part, to a combination of (1) warmer-than-normal North Atlantic temperatures, (2) a lack of El Nino conditions and (3) expanding drought conditions. Heading into the upcoming summer, an examination of these factors reveals a lesser degree of consensus regarding heat relative to the past three years," According to WSI Chief Meteorologist Dr. Todd Crawford.

During the summer months, New York, as it is located in the northeast, will experience above average temperatures as well, though temperatures will be lower than previous summers.

"Our final analysis suggests that this summer will not be as hot as the previous three, but will still be characterized by widespread areas of above-normal temperatures, especially across the southern and western US," Crawford said.

Kim Clark Explains the Benefits of Technology When Buying a Home

$

(PRBuzz.com) June 7, 2013 -- With environmental awareness on the rise in recent years, it's become easier than ever to eliminate paperwork in favor of accomplishing more online and electronically. Now that practically everyone has a smartphone in hand, there seems to be no end of what can be achieved remotely in virtually any industry or endeavor - and that includes the arena of real estate.

When most people think "green" in real estate, ecologically-friendly new construction is probably what comes to mind. The new trend toward energy efficiency and sustainability has developers and builders incorporating reclaimed and recycled materials and installing energy- and water-saving systems in new construction. The sense that our resources aren't limitless is finally starting to hit home with many home buyers, and that extends to their real estate transactions as well.

Smartphones have streamlined almost everything we do, putting us in constant contact with friends and family, colleagues, and nearly limitless information. With the ability to research anything right at our fingertips, it's easier than ever to access and aggregate information while on the go - and with less paper waste. From apps designed to help you get the most out of a house hunt to immediate document turnaround via mobile email, the process of buying a house has never been more efficient or convenient.

Today's technology makes for highly effective communication between you and your real estate agent. Gone are the days of slogging through paper listings in an agent's office before beginning your home search. Imagine a house search in which you can receive instant information from your agent about homes that might interest you - including property details and photos - all sent right to your phone. And once you've found that dream house, your agent can communicate your interest immediately to the seller's agent and get the ball rolling on a sale. Paperless transactions require less time, so there's less waiting involved during the process. Perhaps most convenient is the option to initial and sign multiple forms and documents online rather than relying on ponderous printouts.

Certain agents are more conversant in high-tech real estate processes than others. Real estate agents who are designated as eCertified® can provide you with access to online alternatives to traditional, paper-heavy transactions. eCertified® agents have the training and skills necessary to create and manipulate electronic versions of documents and contracts and to manage your file electronically via secure document storage, allowing for remote access and with less time spent in an office. And since your search for a new home can't be accomplished from the confines of an office, your agent's increased mobility benefits you.

Eliminating paperwork gives your agent more time to spend focusing on you. If you haven't already, investigate the apps available to help you in your home search. Find out how "green" your agent is - talk to him or her about the different ways in which technology can benefit you on your path to owning a new home.

What is 9cvs anyway?

The website, 9cvs.com, is all about helping both recruiters and applicants. To help the applicants they give them solutions on how to make their resumes better and how to get better job opportunities with a resume builder and a cover letter template. For the recruiters, they give them a way to search applicants better with an orderly manner with a resume search engine. Their website is the tool that these both parties need to smoothen and to quicken the process. The best part is they support different languages and they have technical support to help you when you are having trouble in navigating their website or having problems with some links and tools. They even have Twitter and Facebook accounts to update you on their latest updates and important information about jobs.

What features can I take advantage of?

There are a lot of features for both recruiters and applicants to take advantage of. For Recruiters, you can go to the center of the website and look at the search box with the search button below it. You can find the ones you are looking for with the necessary keywords needed for the search. You will then have a list of possible candidates that have a relation with the kind of job you are having. For example if you are going to enter the word plumber and then press the search cv button, it will list all of the possible candidates that have plumbing experiences in their resume. For the jobseekers, you can take advantage of a lot of tools that can help improve your chances of getting a job interview and possibly a job. If you are having a problem with making the best resume or cover letter for your application process then you can take a look at their reserve templates which you can access down below. If you want to make it more interesting, why not take advantage of their VideoResume tool which is pretty much popular these days. This tool can make you look more reliable because the recruiter can see the look on your face and they can listen to how you can express yourself. If you are tired of waiting for recruiters on answering your applications and sending you emails or calling you for an interview then this tool will be helpful. You just upload your resume and then wait for you to be called because sometimes you get called right away. If you want to take advantage of more premium service though, you can register for an account. This way you can track all of the progress of your job hunting with the help of this website.

(PRBuzz.com) June 7, 2013 -- Gillingham, England - June 2013: Outlived Classifieds has launched free open term advertising for businesses wishing to promote their products and services, with the latest in data security technology.

About Outlived Classifieds

Helmuts Meskonis, a Latvian national who moved to the UK in 2009 with his wife and four daughters is a man with a vision for the advertising industry. Working alone, he has transformed that vision into a valuable service for businesses and individuals seeking a better way in which to advertise products and services directly to a large online audience.

In 2011, Helmuts set up Outlived Classifieds to provide open term free advertising to all businesses and self-employed individuals in the UK. Working alone, Helmuts had an ambitious plan to create a new, free, advertising platform that would also allow the posting of international advertisements.* The realisation of his ambition is now a successful free and open source advertising website that is easy to use and simple to navigate. Users create their own free accounts to advertise and respond to adverts and can access a mobile friendly version of the website from their digital devices.

A different kind of advertising service

What makes Outlived Classifieds different, is that it is an open service and designed to help advertisers. Helmuts provides additional service via the website's live chat application. The service is free and hosted via a user-friendly website, which allows customers to post a variety of adverts in a safe and secure environment. Adverts range from domestic private sales, through to business services, car sales, room rentals and a wide range of other consumer and business items.

Industry-leading security

Outlived Classifieds has recently installed an Extended Validation SSL Certificate across the website, which ensures a safe flow of encrypted data for all users. This protects all of the site's customers when using a public wireless network with their laptop, mobile phone or tablet. This technology is cutting edge and demonstrates a 'best practice' approach to customer security and privacy. It ensures that all sensitive personal information - such as password and email addresses - are fully protected. With over 30pc of the website's visits now via mobile devices, Helmuts is committed to ensuring that their data is protected and safeguarded. He explains:

"I knew that installing this SSL encryption technology would not be a cheap exercise and I realised that there might be a negative impact on data speeds - but Outlived Classified's customers tell us that data security is a key concern for them and we are committed to ensuring high-quality service delivery."

"Outlived Classifieds is already a success story and with this latest security upgrade we're confident that the website can go to the next level and really provide our customers with a valuable advertising service."

* The strong exception on Outlived Classifieds, is for pharmaceuticals, as Helmuts feels strongly that such products should only be issued under medical advice.

Tourists Arrivals To Kenya On The Upsurge After Successful 2013 General Elections

$

(PRBuzz.com) June 7, 2013 -- There was a lot of scepticism surrounding the 2013 Kenya general elections following the previous elections in 2007, where the two main coalition parties differed resulting in post-election violence that saw approximately 1200 innocent people lose their lives and 600,000 displaced from their homes. But this is set to change with the successful conclusion of the elections conducted in March 3rd 2013.

June 7, 2As chaotic as it must have been back in 2007, the tourists that were in the country at that time were unharmed because of the security details employed to protect them by the embassies.

The 2013 elections in Kenya were more peaceful, during and after the elections. Though the results were contested in the Supreme court, the final results were upheld and Uhuru Kenyatta sworn in as president. Tourism is a source of foreign exchange that creates revenue for the government of Kenya, it is the second best source of foreign exchange after agriculture.

Before the elections the Western countries had issued warnings to its nationals not to travel to Kenya because of the upcoming general elections. The first quarter of the year 2013 the number of British tourists declined from 55% of the previous year to 33%. Most Westerners were anticipating chaos, in fact international journalists had arrived and camped in anticipation, hoping to get a glimpse of the violence.

Tourists have started flocking back into the country a month after the elections but the numbers are still low compared to the previous years.  Tourists are therefore encouraged to visit Kenya, seeing that what happened in the past will never happen again because Kenyans have learnt a lesson.

New Autobiography, Threaten The Body, Destroy The Mind

When Joseph Givens signed up to fight the War on Terror, he had no idea the threats would come from his own comrades. He recounts his story in Threaten The Body, Destroy The Mind.

Denver, CO, and Huntsville, AL (PRBuzz.com) June 7, 2013 -- A fresh-faced airman joins the United States' War on Terror, bent on getting the bad guy. Little did Joseph Givens know, he'd be facing a different kind of terror from his own military comrades and commanders. His story is told in vivid detail in the newly released Threaten The Body, Destroy The Mind, published by Outskirts Press.

A little over two years after joining the Air Force, 20-year-old Joseph Givens deployed to Iraq during Operation Enduring Freedom. There, his worst experience as an American came from unexpected sources - his own superiors.

From the physical abuse of airmen at Air Force basic training to the lack of preparation for a deployment to Iraq to being threatened to death at gun point by a superior while working on a closed mission to Iran, Givens' military experience was harrowing. During his years in the military, 2002 to 2012, he suffered commanders' negligence that culminated in a commanding officer's coverup that would haunt him and his family for years to come.

This patriotic and educational presentation creates a forum for community members to come together to learn about, remember, honor and pay tribute to the sacrifices of our fallen heroes.

The American Veterans Traveling Tribute (AVTT) Vietnam Wall will find a home on the campus of Lindbergh High School, 4900 S. Lindbergh Blvd. from June 13 to 16, largely due to the efforts of St. Louis area veterans organizations, Sunset Hills Historical Society and many business and civic organizations.

American Veterans Traveling Tribute (AVTT) is an organization whose mission is to travel the nation to honor, respect, and remember men and women who served, and to pay specific tribute to those who gave all in that service. Since the tribute is mobile it allows people to honor and respect veterans and active military personnel without having to travel great distances to do so.

The June event for St. Louis is known as the Show-Me Hero Salute. A broad-based committee hosting the event began meeting in June with the intention to present a dignified local memorial that will be respectful for those who served and returned as well as those who served and didn't come home.

The Show-Me Hero Salute organizers will provide more details on the multi-day American Veterans Traveling Tribute events as they become available. The daily programs will be short, as the major function of the wall will be to create a solemn, reverent, and meditative site.

Chaplains will be available for visitors as needed. St. Anthony's Medical Center will provide a First-Aid facility on site. Computers will be available and assistance given to help visitors to the scale-model memorial locate the names of their loved ones on the various panels of the Wall.

The Show-Me Hero Salute will have listed hours of operation daily, but the Wall will be available for visitation twenty-four hours a day until the closing ceremony ends at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 16.

The AVTT presents the Traveling Wall, an 80 percent scale version of the Viet Nam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. Across its 360-foot length the wall contains every single name etched on the original. At its apex the memorial is an impressive eight-feet tall.

The Traveling Wall was completed in early 1998 and began traveling that year. AVTT's Traveling Wall is the largest Wall replica traveling the USA, and is not to be confused with several other replica Walls; The Moving Wall, The Dignity Wall, the Wall That Heals. These replica Walls do a fine job, and we are all on a mutual mission.

Remembering, educating, and respect are the main focuses of AVTT. Honoring our nation's heroes one community at a time.

Celebrate the 10th Annual Celebration of Honor Featuring the Field of 1,000 Flags and the AVTT Travelling Wall and Cost of Freedom Tribute

LINCOLN CITY, OR, June 7 2013 -

For the past ten years Chinook Winds Casino Resort has spearheaded the Annual Celebration of Honor, an event to honor active duty personnel, military veterans and their families. This year the event will take place September 19-22, 2013. The AVTT Travelling Wall & Cost of Freedom Tribute is back Friday September 20 through Sunday September 22.

The AVTT presents several Cost of Freedom memorials and exhibits with its centerpiece being the Traveling Wall, an 80 percent scale version of the Viet Nam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. Across its 360-foot length the wall contains every single name etched on the original. At its apex the memorial is an impressive eight-feet tall. The Traveling Wall was completed in early 1998 and began traveling that year. This will serve as the centerpiece of the 10th Annual Celebration of Honor.

Once again Chinook Winds Casino Resort will sponsor the Field of Honor, consisting of 1,000 standard sized American Flags, majestically waving in the breeze overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean directly north of Chinook Winds Casino. The field will be open to the public Thursday, September 19 through Sunday, September 22. The presentation of the Oregon Veteran's Medal will happen at the Field of Honor at 5pm Saturday, September 21.

Also on Saturday September 21, at 9am the 4th Annual Run for Honor 5K is on with proceeds going to charity. This event is free for veterans, active duty military personnel and first responders. For all others pre-registration is $30. All participants will receive a t-shirt. Registration after September 1 and on race day is $40.

On Sunday September 22 the Rededication of the Veterans Memorial will take place in front of the Casino at 2pm. The Siletz Tribe Honor Guard and drummers will start off the dedication. And Finally, Veterans and Active Duty Personnel eat FREE all day at the Siletz Bay Buffet on Sunday September 22, 2013. Veterans and active duty personnel are asked to stop by at Players Services, sign up for the Winners Circle and show proof of military service (DD-214 or other military ID) to be eligible.

For individuals, families, youth groups, businesses, and organizations there are many ways to become involved with the Celebration of Honor. A fundraiser for a Veteran's group; a special or discount at your business for veterans and their families; red, white & blue decorations at your store; flying red, white, and blue kites; displaying the American flag at your home or place of business; shaking the hand of a veteran and offering a "welcome home" thank you to active duty personnel; or planning an event are all ways to become part of the Celebration. Whether it's a big event or a small fundraiser, they all contribute to make the event more meaningful.

Contact Heather Hatton at 541-996-5766 or heather@CWCResort.com to be included in the schedule of events and press releases that will be published. September is just around the corner and working together this will again be a successful city -wide event as in years past, to honor those who have selflessly guarded our freedom.

(PRBuzz.com) June 7, 2013 -- Stoves withstand daily abuse but they can be kept looking new with a few simple maintenance tips from the local oven and range repair man

Bellemont, AZ - The Bellemont appliance repair specialist provides tips to homeowners to help keep their old appliances working longer and looking better. New appliances are not only expensive, but it takes time to get used to new features and designs, so people prefer to keep the ones they are comfortable with. Besides, matching new appliances to existing décor can be challenging.

Electric ranges take a lot of abuse with food boiling over and getting "cooked" onto the surface or inside the oven. The local stove repair man is often asked for advice to help keep the stove looking new longer. Technicians with Appliance Service Today are happy to provide appliance maintenance advice to their customers.

Some of the stove maintenance tips offered by Appliance Service Today include:

• Use non-abrasive cleaners for the exterior of the stove. Add ammonia to warm, soapy water to cut grease.

• Follow directions in the owner's manual for self-cleaning ovens.

• Replace drip pans every couple years if they are permanently stained to keep the stove looking new.

• Clean up spills immediately to prevent them from becoming cooked-on and more difficult to clean.

• Many parts on electric stoves are easy to replace; simply unplug the old part and plug in a new one.

The Appliance Repair Bellemont website is a great place to find a reputable stove repair technician that is available right away to help with problems like inconsistent heating, burners not working or complete failure. Appliance Service Today will send a service technician who can service most makes and models of stoves and ranges.

A lot of work can go into preparing a meal before putting it in the oven, so when the oven fails to heat up, the meal is ruined if the problem is not fixed quickly. Appliance Service Today treats all appliance repair calls as urgent, providing quick and affordable service.

Call Appliance Service Today and get just what their name implies...appliance repair now, not next week. Appliance Service Today maintains the largest appliance parts inventory in the entire state to meet their main objective for completing the appliance repair on the service technician's first visit. CollaborateMD Offers Many Great Tools on Its Website

(PRBuzz.com) June 7, 2013 -- In 1999, CollaborateMD was created to help medical billing services and medical practices succeed through the constant changes in insurance payer and government regulations. With that in mind, CollaborateMD has developed the finest medical claim software program on the market. Its software provides a solution where it handles all of the software and hardware elements from the software, servers, backups, clearinghouse communication, to the regulations that keep evolving and allows its users to focus on their businesses.

CollaborateMD is always improving its software and thinking about how to fine tune its website and to help its clients. One of the more recent tools on its website is a revenue calculator, which is available to advance your practice's financial goals. Enter in data, including the providers in your practice, claims per month per provider, the average claim value, the percent of accepted claims, and the staff hourly wage to calculate the revenue. Click here for more information. With the medical billing industry average operating between a seventy percent first pass acceptance rate, CollaborateMD software has a first pass acceptance rate of over ninety-nine percent. This is the percentage of claims that pass the thousands of clearinghouse edits at the first submission. Claims are then passed along to the insurance payer promptly. This means that more claims have a greater opportunity of getting paid quicker. The main reason why CollaborateMD has a better first pass acceptance rate is because it updates its electronic medical billing software and edits more often to eliminate upfront errors during data entry that most software programs don't catch.

CollaborateMD software continues to impress those in the industry because of not only the success of the first pass acceptance rate but its always improving of its medical billing software. CollaborateMD can be contacted at (877) 480-6517 or click here at www.collaboratemd.com.
